Who is your coach? I am a Registered dietitian who over the years has worked to improve my relationship with food and my body image. I am happy to say that I am in a great place now and want to help others reach this point.
I am a Precision Nutrition level 2 coach as well as a member of the advanced training and online coaching academies. I take a positive approach to my coaching i.e. no extreme diets, no demonising food just wholesome nutrition.
